Welcome to the official website for St. Joe Little League!  Our baseball and softball leagues are open to all boys and girls within the designated boundaries in or near St. Joseph Township.  Leagues are available in 13 divisions for kids ages 4-18.

St. Joe Little League teams focus on teaching fundamentals of the game, introducing age appropriate hitting and defensive skills, and promoting goodwill for our community and the love of baseball & softball!

The 2015 St. Joe Little League Registration is:

We urge you to complete these steps BEFORE registration day:

Step #1 -
Click on Registration link.  Review the registration page, then click on Click here for Printable FormsClick on 2015 SJLL Registration Packet and PRINT the forms in the packet.

Step #2 - Determine your baseball player’s correct LEAGUE AGE from the chart entitled 2015 Little League Age Chart in your registration packet.

Step #3 -
Complete the following forms for EACH player:

a) The St Joe Little League 2015 Registration Payment Form.
b) The Little League Player Registration Form.
c) The St Joe Little League 2015 Uniform Sizing Form.
d) The Little League Baseball & Softball Medical Release Form.
e) The Little League Model Release Form.

Step #4 -  Locate one (1) valid proof-of-age document for each player. This can be an original document or a very legible copy of an original.  For players that registered at St Joe last season, we MAY already have a copy of their proof-of-age on file, but we still recommend that you locate their proof-of-age document for registration.  We recommend a government-issued birth certificate.  Please note that hospital-issued birth certificates, US passports, or Indiana SecureIDs are NOT acceptable as proof-of-age.

Step #5 – If you intend to use the School Enrollment Form that we sent via email, then please skip this step.  Otherwise, locate three (3) valid proof-of-residency documents.  For proof-of-residency of the player’s home address, we recommend a driver’s license, vehicle registration and vehicle proof-of-insurance.  We can also accept certain, commonly available documents such as a utility bill, Internet/cable bill, financial record, insurance record, medical record, or school record.  Please note that we can only accept one document in any one of these categories.  For instance, you can use one utility bill as proof, but a second utility bill will not count.

IMPORTANT:  All proof-of-residency documents must be dated between Feb 1, 2014 and Feb 1, 2015 -OR- they must have been in force at some time within that date range.  For instance, if your driver’s license was issued on Nov 1, 2012 and expires on Oct 31, 2018, then it was “in force” during the Little League date range for this season.  A full explanation of acceptable proof documents is in your registration packet on a document entitled RESIDENCE AND SCHOOL ATTENDANCE – PLAYER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.

Please note that, in general, the following are NOT acceptable for proof-of-residency: personal checks, deposit slips, envelopes, library cards, social security cards, and membership cards.  You may redact (black-out) any personal or confidential information on your submitted proofs.

Step #6 - If you intend to volunteer in any capacity with St Joe Little League in 2015, you must COMPLETE a volunteer application.  Use the form called Little League “Returning” Volunteer Application – 2015 ONLY if you submitted a volunteer application and were approved as a volunteer in 2014.  Otherwise, use the form called Little League Volunteer Application – 2015 and attach a copy of your valid, government-issued, photo ID.

Step #7 -
If you intend to apply for a position as Team Manager or Coach, you MUST complete Step #6 and also complete the form entitled St Joe Little League BASEBALL Manager / Coach Application.

Please bring all your completed forms, original or copies of proofs.
Please be prepared to pay by CASH, CHECK or CREDIT CARD.
Other payment arrangements must be discussed with and approved by the Treasurer, Donna Oswalt, 704-7827.

All checks must be payable to St. Joe Little League.

Players registering after registration closes on Feb 15 will be subject to a $25 late fee.  Those registering after tryouts will be subject to a $50 late fee.

100% before tryout date, 50% before 4th scheduled game, 0% after.
